Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes promptly to physicians and caregivers
  • Provide patient and family education regarding treatment, medications, and health maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing care and patient information
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and procedures
  • Support and mentor junior nursing staff as needed

Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Michigan
  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Previous clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
